Meet our Physical Therapists
Rogan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He graduated from the U.S. Army-Baylor University in 1982 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He has been practicing in Jamestown Square in Provo since 1987. His training and experience while working as an Army Physical Therapist afforded him many opportunities to study at advanced continuing education courses and train in renowned medical facilities. His main expertise is the evaluation and treatment of spinal disorders and all orthopedic injuries. He has had the opportunity to work with and treat a wide variety of patients–athletes, children, geriatrics, worker comp, etc. in the Utah County area over the past 19 years. He finds great satisfaction and happiness in seeing his patients recover. He has a special interest in nutrition and wellness. His other interests include skiing, cycling and his love for photography (his website is at (www.yourlifeimages.com). He is ASTYM certified.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. He has worked extensively in outpatient orthopedics; with additional training and expertise in treating the spine. He has worked with athletes and dancers. Mark is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and has extensive training in Hand Therapy. He also has expertise in making hand splints and orthotics for feet. Mark has published several articles for golf publications and teaches golf specific courses.
Kimball grew up around physical therapy and has always enjoyed helping patients feel better and do more. He graduated from University of Utah in Physical Therapy in 2009 and has been at FYZICAL in Provo since then. He has trained extensively with Rogan for best-practice in treating Neck and Back injuries. He completed all 3 levels of FYZICAL’s Vestibular Rehabilitation Program, and he is considered a Master Balance Certified Clinician. Kimball understands that every body is unique and different. He is a natural problem-solver and enjoys thinking outside-the-box to create a unique plan for each patient to accomplish therapy goals and get the patient back to full function. He excels at treating spine injuries, balance disorders, post op rehab, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, and many more.
Robert W. Lund (Bert) graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Diego, California with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. During his undergraduate schooling, he studied Kinesiology at California State University San Marcos with an emphasis in Physical Therapy. Bert continues to further his knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics and in advanced manual therapy coursework and is pursuing specialized certifications to improve his physical therapy skills. He has a passion for manual therapy and vestibular rehabilitation. He enjoys helping patients recover and reach their goals to improve their quality of life. Bert loves the outdoors and spends his free time hiking, running, dirt biking and skiing.
Brandon graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Utah. Brandon enjoys working in the outpatient orthopedic setting with a special interest in treating disorders of the spine, and assisting with the rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Brandon enjoys seeing patients make progress and will help you in improving function and achieving therapy-related goals.
Dr. Turner has been a practicing audiologist for 25 years. He graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City with a bachelor of science in Communication Disorders, completed his master’s of science in Audiology at Idaho State University, and went on to earn his Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Turner served as an instructor for A.T. Still University for ten years, Advanced Technology Consultant and Trainer for Siemens Hearing Instruments for 17 years, Clinical Audiologist and Audiology Department Manager at the Walla Walla Clinic, and Director of Audiology, Clinical Care, and Training for AccuQuest Hearing Centers before joining Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers. He is board certified by the American Board of Audiology and specializes in hearing aids, dizziness and balance, and hearing conservation.

Neck Pain comes from a variety of sources and stresses that we put on the spine. Headaches, stiffness, limited range of motion can all be symptoms of problems originating from the joints of the neck. Manual Therapy has been the best intervention shown to reduce neck symptoms and put the neck is a position/environment where it can heal properly. Our therapists are all trained in specific techniques which allow us to isolate movements in the neck joints that allow better motion, reduced pain and better healing.
